Here we are, at the cusp of another technological revolution. A big one, definitely. But please don’t panic. We have been here before.
In Naval Architecture we have seen big revolutions already. From paper to screens, from standalone to connected, from 2D to 3D. Some have claimed “it will never work.” Others feared that “there will be no work left for us.”
Not only have we survived. We thrived.
Sure, when it comes to new technology on the grand scale, there is a lot to work out. Etiquettes to be developed. Regulations to be put in place.
But when it comes to our line of work, you can rest assured.
AI will turn out to be a huge aid and a genuine game changer!
