Sky worked with us from 2008 to 2013, then returned to us in 2018. Important to Sky are the secondary working conditions at MasterShip, including a two-day weekend and flextime. โAt MasterShip it is important to focus on quality and to work efficiently. I enjoy committing to goals and schedules, and I appreciate my commitment translates to time I can spend with my family.โ
Are there differences between her first period and now? โThe communication between the Dutch and Chinese offices has greatly improved. We are now at the stage where it feels like there seems to be little cultural differences. We try to improve every day, the only thing we can not change is our time zones.โ
Where does Sky see her career at MasterShip going? โI strive to become an industry expert on hull engineering, and would also like to be more involved with design. In a post-corona world I see luxury yachts becoming more mainstream and would love to be part of this development.โ
